i'm kind of obsessed over anything that salem does, and this new song is pretty great. i can't wait for their album to come out

in other news, i lost ten lbssssssss. my birthday is coming up and seeing as i havent celebrated it for the past two years, im thinking of doing something this year. i think the fyf fest, since it lands on my bday, sept. 4th.

hibernation

i've kind of fallen off the earth a little bit lately, and have basically been hibernating. this may go on indefintiely

VACAY

i went on a vacation finally, around the southwest. it was enjoyable but a ton of driving. i went to the four corners, ate fry bread on an indian reservation and did mostly a lot of nothing.




i also saw the continental divide, which is not like a line down the exact middle of the continent, but more like the spine of it. basically it means that water flows in opposite directions on either side of it. my geography student dropout knowledge is really useful, right?








and i went to these anasazi ruins. they are on the side of a mesa/canyon and you have to climb down them on these ladders and it's so high up i got dizzy from the altitude.

i also went to the rocky mountain national park north of denver and stayed in a cabin.

can people stop using the expressions "bomb" and "dank" like don't say i got some way bomb nachos, it makes you sound gross. the exception to the rule is bomb.com or my updated version, bomb.gov/whatever.

On tuesday i went to the best coast and health show at the echoplex. when we (myself and tow friends) got there it was sold out and they weren't letting people in. To make a long story short, my two friends both managed to sneak in and i ended up having to pay and talk my way into the sold out show. whatever. anyways best coast was great as usual. it's weird to go to her shows now when just a few months ago the crowd was much thinner. The show was made better by the rum we had snuck in. Health was suprising really great. that's all. maybe i will post another entry soon, but i'm trying to not post mopey shit on the internet cuz that's tacky, right?
